Many things could be dubbed psi abuse if people had these powers in general i fear, so perhaps the evolution of mass enlightenment is artifiucially suppressed by the guddamn government, for they know all the trouble they would have with folks all of a sudden. Still, commercial persons with mental powers... the horror...
