hey there, I'm from -  and I thought I might rustle up a quick critique for you.
Now the lighting on this is pretty fantastic, you did the back lighting really well. Additionally, the figure construction seems spot on and the character design is really food too.
 As for what qualms I have, just a bunch of minor stuff. First the lighting on the underside of her right breast travels too far to the left, so I might consider cutting it's length by half ( roughly). Next, the top surface of her breasts is entirely lit, but if the light is coming from behind her then her head should be blocking most of the light hitting the left breast. You'd want just a sliver on the far side ( for rim lighting) and nothing more. There's also some slight inconsistency with the yellow band on her gloves. With the forground hand, is looks as if the yellow is simply a decorative strip sewn into the glove itself, but one her her left hand the yellow band looks like more 3d object, almost like a watch of something. This impression is caused by how you added a strip of light across the top and bottom, which would only happen if there was an upward facing surface to catch the light. Basically, if the yellow is simple apart of the glove then that strip of lighting shouldn't be there.

Lastly, the picture looks really creepy. I don't know if that's what you intended, but it's sending the wrong impression about this girl. As I understand from your responses, she's a helpful spirit guide of sorts and not at all villainous. As such, the creepy nature of the picture isn't really telling the story you want. As far as I can tell, there are three major things causing the creepy villain vibe, first is the way she's reaching down. She grabbing at the viewer ( possessive) and her hand is shading most of the canvas in darkness, reminding me of those movie scenes where the hero sees something in the split-second before he blacks out ( like because the villain punched him or put a bag over his head). Next is the harsh shading, which, though fantastic, does make her seem harsh or perhaps dangerous. Lastly, you've really cast her eyes into shadow, which is pretty much the go-to technique for making someone look dangerous/creepy.

I hope this helps and despite my complaints, i really do like the picture.
