Here's the application for !

This is the form to compile, entirely, underneath your app deviation.
You can download the Photoshop file and edit it, or request a png of it to edit. The font I used is Crewniverse which can be found for free on the web.
If you already have a rough reference for your gem, just paste their picture and information on this application. It needs to be filled in order for your entry to be accepted. If you can't neatly do it yourself contact me and I'll help you out.

The drawing of your gem needs to be made by YOU, or someone else you commissioned (but you need to have their permission, and I'll want to see it). No dollmaker or bases are allowed.

Also, permafusions are not allowed. Fusion isn't banned, but I'll get to that in the laws section. Just wanted to clarify in case someone wanted to start designing

Name: Name of their gemstone
Aliases: Name your gem goes by, can be the same as the Name
Rank: All ranks can be found here: Ranks
Alignment: Say whether your gem will be loyal to Red Rose Diamond, serving her to prevent the escape of the rebels, or a Rebel, plotting and then attempting an escape
Gender: Gems are genderless, but share their preferrend pronouns.
Gem Type: The type of gem your character is.
Gem Location and Cut: Where their gem is placed on their bodies and its shape.
Height: Speaks for itself.
Weapon: What their weapon is. Can be unknown, or none.
Personality: Speaks for itself. At least 5 complete sentences.
Abilities: Both physical and non physical abilities that are pertaining to your gem's group or them only.
Appearance: Description of your gem. The only requirement in this case is that your gem wears a garment that covers a part or all of their face.
Other: Anything else you might want to add. A theme song, catchphrase, history etc.
