Here's the application for my group .

This is the form to compile, entirely, underneath your app deviation.
You can download the Photoshop file and edit it, or request a png of it to edit. The font I used is Crewniverse which can be found for free on the web.
If you already have a rough reference for your gem, just paste their picture and information on this application. It needs to be filled in order for your entry to be accepted. If you can't neatly do it yourself contact me and I'll help you out.

Name: Name of their gemstone and nicknames.
Alignment: Titanium Gems: former Crystal Gems, Gems from the Kindergarten, heck, even traitors! Please note that if you make any Kindergarten Gems, I'd like them to be defective, smaller or with a sort of defect on their body, you can decide which. I will only accept fully formed Kindergarten gems only if I really like them. If you make former Crystal Gems, give them a satisfying motive for leaving their previous allegiance to go against Homeworld, otherwise they won't be accepted. Traitors need to pertain to these two groups, just specify it so we can maybe make a quest about it. Really, go wild.

Gender: Gems are agender, but share their preferrend pronouns.
Gem Type:
Gem(s) Location and Cut: Where their gem is placed on their bodies and its shape.
Appearance: Description of your gem. Because this group of gems is sort of space pirates themed, please try to keep a fitting style of clothing. If you're unsure about the design, contact me ( undercoverghost ) and I'll try to give you a hand.
Height: Speaks for itself.
Weapon: What their weapon is.
Personality: Speaks for itself. At least 5 complete sentences.
Abilities: Both physical and non physical abilities that are pertaining to your gem's group or them only.
Synchronizing Style/Fusion Dance: Name of their dance style, if any.
Titanium Gems Symbol: Must be worn on a piece of garment or as a a tattoo. Kindergarten kids will receive a pin with the symbol upon completing the introduction quest. However I suggest you already put it somewhere on your gem when submitting the app so you don't have to redo it to add a small detail!
Story: Narrate your gem's origin, reasons for going against homeworld, how they came in contact with the Titanium Gems and why they wanted to join etc. Anything from your gem's past up to the actual point in time.
Other: Anything else you might want to add. A theme song, catchphrase etc.
