I really like how this turned out.
It just feels right when paintings are not just about technique, or colors, or mood, but when it all works together to hit you like a hammer. Keep it up.

I'm not a fan of "psychotic Pinkamena" Pinkie, but this feels more in the vein of "Emotionally Distraught" Pinkamena, of which I am a major fan.Β
To me (and this could be totally different than your intention), the doll isn't an actual doll, but a representation of Pinkie's "normal" self, something that in her current state, she wants nothing to do with because it clashes so much with how she actually feels. As a person who both personally struggles with and cares about others who struggle with mental illness(es) I really like that symbolism (or even if it is an actual doll, it still strikes me as very symbolic)
