Might be some kind of machine oil, although in Wolfenstein: New Order, it's implied that the Panzerhunds are actually cyborgs (however that works) with working gastrointestinal systems. In which case yes, it would generate saliva.

To the extent that it explains the fluid, yes.
They don't even TRY to explain what provided the biological components for the machine, though. The Pazerhunds are the size of trucks.

I honestly didn't like the story of the game itself.
It was good, but it could have done better than "Nazis won the war" scenario.
It could have been the war was extended due to Datch yahad tech, we could have had
a cyborg Patton fighting on the moon, giant robots, sky battleships and more.
Instead I felt kinda depressed while I was playing, its like you get the game over kill
screen right at the start and then you are forced to play to see how your failure affected
the world......

That is true, yeah. It would have felt a more dramatic if the Nazis were still in the process of taking over the world when your little resistance went on the offensive. Still, it was a really good game that kept completely true to the "mutant space cyborg Nazi" theme that's always defined Wolfenstein.
Besides, it leaves them open to keep fighting alternate-history World War II for future games.

Well, actually, from a WWII perspective, the Soviets were rather heroic. The Soviet Union did as much or more to defeat Nazi Germany than America and its Western allies.
They just tend not to get as much credit because people don't want to glorify all the Communism and awful dictatorship.

his specifications, but it was really a building
with wings and it couldn't fly.
So he executed the designer who built it like he wanted.
And that is just the first thing that comes to mind, after that
there are his death camps XP

Oh sure, Stalin killed a whole lot of people. World War II was just a great time in general for mass-murdering totalitarians.
But Soviet Joe totally helped us beat Hitler. So a Wolfenstein game that has Americans fight Soviets wouldn't make sense. At least, not without further twisting the WWII history. *Couch!*RedAlert*Cough!*
