Description
Undyne apologizes, but that’s little consolation when you can feel your world falling apart. Sans’ handle on the situation is slipping away… and he’s not sure there’s a point to hanging onto it anymore.
Oof, this really is an unlucky 13 for sans, huh? And maybe me too–I lost track of time and didn’t get as much of the comic drawn as I’d hoped, leaving us on a grim note until next time…

Poor Sans, everyone's ganging up on him without giving him a breather. It would have been easier for him to confess in private with one or two people, but not in front of EVERYONE. He is seriously not going to be happy with them afterwards. (and I'm greatly annoyed that Flowey is getting away scot-free for causing the blasters' troubles, as well as much of San's anxieties regarding resets in the first place. Stupid weed... -__- ) Loving this comic and can't wait to see what happens next!

It's kind of interesting--Sans is never referred to as the judge in the game. He serves that role for the narrative, obviously, but I'm not really inclined to think it's something Asgore would have assigned to him--and i kinda think sans would have turned him down if he had XD Rather, it seems to tie in with his interest in the anomaly and keeping track of it, using the LV. judgment as a means of making you reconsider the path you took and maybe to aim for a better one--an outcome he'd definitely want. It's definitely interesting and complicated, and is a complete surprise if you've only known him as that weird jokester previously. -u-
As for your other question, yeah--he's certain Frisk won't want to continue this messy timeline and deal with the fallout of the blasters getting loose, so he's certain there's no point in trying to fight any longer...
