Nice tree. Amazing that this is watercolour. The detail in the tree is very well done I like all the different texture/categories of bark. The background is simple, dark and does not take away from the white tree.

The contours of the tree remind me of a topographic map.  They add a lot of dimension to the tree, and your shading only amplifies it.  The flat, hazy background is the perfect way to throw the viewer's focus onto this unusual shape twisting upwards.  Lovely work, my friend!
