You can tell the difference here between your other pieces in that there is more proper muscle structure places. however the way some of it is placed in is inherently wrong because you don't quite understand why those pieces are there. Such as with the left side near the elbow it gets a bit too clustered and confusing. It shows that even with the reference used you weren't completely sure how to portray that area properly. Also I can't help but note with the whites of the blades coming from his knuckles. That they are not actually connected to his knuckles or really show any indication that they are coming from that area. Even if it is just a thin shadow line placed in to better show it would be better. Hope this helps!

I am beyond impressed that you did this in watercolour!  Watercolours don't behave this well for me.  Your designs and shadows are so intricate and crisp.  I really love how you used a minimalist approach to creating this portrait--instead of including a whole outline, you simply included enough shadows to separate Wolverine from the hazy background.  The only improvement I can suggest is the patch of light on his left cheek--it is a lot whiter than the other highlights and this makes it appear swollen or more prominent than his other cheek.  If it were a bit darker, it wouldn't seem to stick out as much.  Other than that, first rate work!

very impressive.  I'd like to be able to work with other mediums besides graphite, but so far nothing comes as easily.  This is really cool looking.  Great job

The patterns in his arms and on the bottom are very nice!

May I ask how you painted the claws? (Because it doesn't look like watercolor) They contrast nicely with the rest of the picture c:
