Description
For for her Manga. 3 of 3.She gave me free range to create whatever dragon character i wanted, and this is the third concept i came up with.
I really like this one, for some reason. I think it's the CONFUZZLEMENT part.
I wanted to color the top one in so bad, but it's necessary for understanding how it does what it does, and my coloring would've mussed it up. I'll probably separate it and make it a deviation sometime, if that's okay with Character Concept sheet: 15 dollars

Go ahead with whatever you want to do with your design, its still your work. ^_^ I would like to see your vision in color as well even though that's not a part of the commission. 
I prefer to let artists do what they are best in, gives them a fun time doing some work for me makes me feel good too. ^^
When I have the strength to assemble a studio I won't forget your ability to do designs like these.
