08.2014, digital painting / digital speed paintingHave You ever wondered how does it feel when You are... brainwashed, beaten, have electric shock therapy, trained to be assassin, then You are frozen, defrosted to have a mission, frozen again... and so on, so on... You have no past, no future not even a name, only missions... Well.. I wondered...

In my humble opinion in every single man (not only fictional characters but also in us - people) there is a hero and a villain. We show them - as they are needed, we are mixture of them. There is a beautiful tale about it:
An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. "A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego." He continued, "The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."
And it is not only a story - it is a fact. A man called Philip Zimbardo - great psychologist of our times made and is still making research on this topic. In his famous Standford Experiment he prooved that everyone of us can change into villain... nowadays he is prooving that we all can be heroes, even in everyday life
