I don't know if Kelly Murphy should be human, faun, or something else. But he's definitely one of the biggest producers out there, the big boss of Pure Vision. If you manage to impress him, you've pretty much got it made in the acting field. As Malachi said, he's an old friend and they've done several plays and moving pictures together.

From Kelly's view, Malachi's word is gospel. Any recommendations from him will go a long way, indeed.

Noreen's acting career is practically in the bag already, and Kaylee made it possible. I think Noreen would have still learned to be nice to her cousin, but now she's that much more inclined to be very nice.

And yes, she apologizes for those less pleasant years. Nothing gave her the right to be a bully, and she's truly touched that Kaylee will help her like this when she's not obligated by any means.
