Yea the back Doc said to take a hot bath followed by ice, and do some stretches for 20 to 30 seconds a day. To put things back in the right place.

My brother-in-law once said he wishes my sister (his wife) rubbed his back and shoulders the way I do. From what I understand, she's a little timid when rubbing him, whereas I just go for it and rub him like crazy.
