These are the cookies I baked last night. Don't worry, they're not burnt; that's just cocoa powder, and I put in chocolate chips, too.
The recipe I use calls for 9 to 11 minutes' baking time, but I always go for 10 minutes because that keeps the cookies soft while still giving them a slight crisp. That's how I like my cookies, not too soft or too crunchy.
I was kind of seesawing between cookies and brownies, so this would kind of split the difference, wouldn't it?
