Perfect! Very detailed. Love the bit on needing a good personality. I know a few people who are very snobbish, while they may be wonderful artists their attitudes hinder their popularity. No one wants to use your stock if all you are going to do is bash thier art.

So, being the ex-editor that I am, I sort of wrote down all the mistakes I saw. 
Anyway, other than small spelling and grammatical errors, this is really good. Simple, yet informative. I also like the little pink emotes.
