At last!! the tutorial for cold pottery is readyBeside this tutorial the 2 secret tips are:
Tip 1: Wash your hands!! after every color you use, very important! i wash my hands like 50 times haha
Tip 2: When the pottery get a little dried and you still wanna work with it use water, a fresh piece and a hard piece can be added just with water.

Oh I see, now I understand how you do this. Very interesting technique! I had never heard of cold pottery before and mixing the paint with it now that is cool. I hate the painting part.

thanks!! yeah! i suck at painting haha! on red XIII just the tattoos and eye were painted, cold pottery is not common there, here you can find it everywere but sculpey or super sculpey don't exist here

GENIAL!! Un tutorial sobre hacer figuras con la cerΓ‘mica!!
EstΓ‘ muy comprensible todo lo que dices y hace que se vea muy sencillo eso de hacer figuras, pero lo que mΓ‘s me llamΓ³ la atenciΓ³n es que usas alambre para las patitas de Torchic.
Yo hace como un mes 1/2 empecΓ© a hacer unas figuritas, solo les faltar pintar porque aun no he elegido bien los colores para que se vean bien.
La ΓΊnica duda que tengo es sobre pintar la pasta porque la que yo uso es la de las pastas de modelar del Jovi y Das pero no se si se les pueda agregar color a la masa o si es mejor esperar a que se seque y luego pintar toda la figura.

ummmm... pues ni idea, jaja, pero es ceramica al frio lo qeu usas?? ahora voy a hacer otro tutorial mas y voy a poner como es que se mezcla la masa con la pintura, aunqeu es asi eh, le pones un poco de pintura sobre la masa y la amasas hasta que se mezcle bien y tome el color, prueba con un poquito de masa a ver que pasa, y si te resulta cool! yo prefiero eso porqeu soy malisimo para pintar

Gracias por la respuesta ando queriendo hacer algo en modelado, a uno de mis personajes que tengo en mi galerΓa ... ya tengo el esqueleto hace semanas pero aun no he empesado con el modelado por que pues queria conseguirme esa masilla especial para modelar pero he buscano no sabes como y pues aca en Peru no la hay o bueno no la venden aca, unico que la encargues del extranjero que te la envien pero creo que eso saldria muy costoso y bueno la porcelana tiene sus restricciones para cuando quieres realizar algunos detalles y dime haz realizado modelado con otros materiales a parte de la ceramica en frio? de nada! sip, aca no hay sculpey ni nada asi, use arcilla un mes que me meti a escultura al museo de arte, y chevere, pero no se, no se me hace muy comodo para hacer detalles, ademas que tienes que sacarle molde porque la arcilla sola se rompe cuando se seca :S

Hoooo el Museo de Arte , excelente!!! yo estuve hace muchos aΓ±os en una clase de verano en uhmm no recuerdo el nombre escuela de arte creo el que queda en el gran parque de Lima ... pero lamentablemente solo estuve dos clases ya que no pude pagar el curso, no era costozo pero bueno hay veces que pasa eso ... pero igual no me quede con las ganas y igual trabaje con arcilla y si tienes razon para algunos detalles pues no rinde muy bien la arcilla sobre todo si son para miniaturas ... y si ese rollo de sacarle molde y todo eso como que tiene un proceso mas largo y bueno dejarla asi se seca y se cuartea y raja y donde esta el chiste . Gracias por tu respuesta pues manos a la obra y maΓ±ana comprare la ceramica en frio ya que el Sculpey no hay aca bhuaaaaaaa!!! eso seria genial verdad? haha, thanks, its just, take some clay, put some paint on it, and start mixing, the clay will absorb the paint and take that color i sucks at painting so i like this way ^___^

This is a very nice tutorial. Very very helpful, I'll try this sometime. Its very easy to read and understand, and the pictures help very much and are pretty good quality so you can see clearly. The Torchic is very awsome too ^_~ It deserves to be faved

cold pottery es "ceramica al frio" es la bolsita con masa blanca en la primera foto, se compra en cualquier tienda de arte o de manualidades, al menos aca la venden en todos lados, venden de colores pero yo uso la blanca y simplemente la mezclo con tempera del color que quiero y la masa se vuelve de ese color
