Description
I have seen a lot of Impactor customs done, mostly from the same 2 toys, but rarely have I seen one that has the cybertronian tank mode. That's why when I was asked to turn Beast Machines Voyager Tankor into Impactor, I was happy to take the commission despite the big arms and other design choices on Tankor that would make the Impactor bot mode a big challenge. It was a pretty fun one to do.
Customer asked for the hands to be interchangeable with the harpoon hand, and so they are.

He's got his own completely original figure out now. Only real faults are the hollow legs, but there are things to remedy that on Ebay.
There's also a remold of him in a 3-pack as his original Decepticon incarnation too.

I have to say, I hate most Impactor customs that use that stupid Captain America mold. In contrast, this looks great, U9!

Thanks! Its too early for me to look back at him and say whether I like it or not. You know how that goes with art... Your positive opinion means a lot!
I do agree the Cap. Crossovers figure makes for a pretty lame Impactor. I've made one and I think I like this better just because he becomes a tank.

It wouldn't bother me as much if people would fill in the chain mail/cross hatch pattern on the vehicle parts..
