I'm curious as well; the original Obsidian toy was very disappointing and this is much better - not to mention that the colours actually match!

Why would he need to when he has propellers as a different character and no missiles?

Then again, it still wouldn't be as bizzare a gimmick as Armada Hot Shot's ass-mounted Minicon port that makes his overhead cannon pop up.
