Looking through the comments on a youtube video by Bobby Skullface about the upcoming 3rd party Arcee figures, I saw the same dumb arguments come up about how offensive Arcee's design is, and naturally it went to how the Fansproject Comera Female dinobot raptor is so SOOO so offensively sexualized. It kind of set me off. I just don't see it.The SJW feminist butt-kisser types keep saying it is sexualized because curves, lips, a bra, thong, garter belt and stockings, and high heels. Not only do I not see that at all, but they seem to ignore that the other dinobots have very male shapes in bot mode, and (if we choose to look at color placement as clothing) the appearance of wearing man-panties, wrestling onesies, and tank tops. Not to mention the other 193 transformers who have color patterns like underwear, gloves and boots (hello Megatron) and the fact that most of the fem-bots have colors that could be looked at as a halter tops and panties!
Do a google image search for "The Dinobots". The very first 3 pictures of the G1 dinobots that come up for me have giant cock box protrusions, like most modern art of most male bots do. Nobody cares.
The way I see it is more like Batman, Superman, and most other superheroes. Full body suits with colors or underwear type stuff over them. No, wait... honestly I never saw any of them as wearing clothing at all until this crap started coming up. Apparently now it is even offensive sexualization for female toy robots to be in cute feminine poses. Huh?!
In Comera's case, yes I do realize that like Blackarachnia and Windblade, she has round boobie shapes (OMG RUN!) and the colors indicate a corset style look. Everything else just looks like stylish color designs and she sure doesn't have heels. But really, who cares? Why do they feel such a strong need to try and make others feel morally wrong for how adult collectible action figures look anyway?
So even though I am busy as heck in the middle of a move, I took an hour and 20 minutes out of my day to do this quick pen drawing, take a pic of it, and color it quick and sloppy in photoshop.
Now I have said my piece on that.

You're saying that going by the middle picture of the actual figure? I don't see any weirdness. I mean, I get how some see the red paint on the crotch as signifying a vagina floss thing so I painted the entire crotch red on mine after taking this picture, but otherwise I just see a real cool female dinobot that blows away the official Slash figure. Considering that Blackarachnia is the only other bot in Transformers history to have individually spaced breasts, and that was the 90s then I think it was fairly clear that the goal was to draw attention to it.

Well I've never denied she does have individual orbs on her chest and a corset thing going with the paint. Windblade, Chromia, and TF Prime Arcee also often had individual breasts in canon and figures though. Wasn't just Blackarachnia, although she definitely has all of them beat on that.
That's not a G-string though because a G-strings cover the vagina and pubic area fully with a sting up the butt. This would be more like outright porn panties, flossing right up between the vulva sides like the pic on the right shows. I just don't think that was what they were going for and I'd bet my fucking life nobody involved in the design was masturbating while they created her. Nobody ever said it was supposed to look like a skirt either BTW.
I think they went for a wrestling diva look that I feel matches the other dinobots who have color placements and broad physiques that resemble wrestlers in wrestling outfits. If others see it some other way, fine by me.

That aside, I still say anyone seriously offended by this figure or pointing fingers to call those who like the figure or the designers outright perverts is an easily-triggered bitch. I think you and I are simply going to have to agree to disagree, although I gotta say it always strikes me as odd when people pick and choose what they want to see despite the facts telling a different story.
Comera's boobs aren't huge at all. They are a pretty normal natural sized, proportionate to the rest of her body.

I could pull up countless more official pics just like those too from IDW comics where she started out, not to mention the hourglass shape of her body. Her entire general body shape is EXACTLY as feminine and "sexualized" (if we must call female shapes that) as Comera.
Generations Chromia toy has very blatant boobs too and like arcee and several others she has a color pattern like her mid-drift and thighs are showing. You seem hung up on Comera's boobs being perfectly circular, but actual real life tits aren't. They have more of a droop and angle, like TFP Arcee, Chromia, and sometimes Windblade. Boob shapes are boob shapes.
I still say a lot of people are seeing this as way more sexualized than it is, like they heard something someone else said, or got stuck on the circular flip out boobs being part of her transformation, or that crotch design evoking a thong look... just put "pornstar" in their heads.

Windblade has breasts, but Comera has mellons in a tube top, and at the very least you can't say thats not true.

Yes, and Women in comic books are famously hyper sexualized, arguing comic book proportions is not an adequate defense. That's like saying Porn Stars wear very little and have huge tits.
And from this angle, I just tested it(by taking the pic into photoshop, and cutting out one of her boobs and pasting it over her face), her boobs appear almost as big as her head. And the almost only comes from her helmet, if it weren't there and she had a human proportioned head, they would each individually be bigger then her head.
Here's the difference between Megatrons Y fronts, and her Vag Floss, his are painted 100% through. Do they look like underwear, totally, but they also just look like a separate darker component of him. These are deliberately painted and also are not painted in specific places to look like erotic panties. No other Transfomer pulls that. No other Transformer has a paint job that accentuates their crotch in such a deliberat fashion.
And you can have female Transformers wearing Y fronts without them looking like G-Strings. Thats something basically EVERY other female Transfomer pulls off.

Let me just say this one last thing. I have some statues and figures of females characters I like that I feel the need to make it clear to my daughters are not really appropriate. They see my Cammy statue and action figure, and Cammy in the actual SFV game and say "eww, you can see her butt" or "she needs some more clothes", and I agree with them entirely. They ask why Chun li's boobs are as big as her head and I tell them it's because they guys that designed her went a little pervy with her sex appeal. I have a few licensed marvel female character figures I keep in their boxes on the top shelf because they look a bit too provocative and I know my daughters would be "eww" about them too. My wife and oldest daughter saw some of the Suicide Squad movie and asked why Harley was so excessively slutty looking. They all say that out of all of my dinobots, Comera is their favorite. They think she looks totally bad ass. Never once have they said anything about her disgusting boobs or seen her as pervy or sexualized. I showed my wife people at another website going off about Comera being disgustingly over sexualized and she got outright pissy about it, saying it's people who find things as simple as that so offensive that really disgust her.

Well if it really had a thong, heels, or stockings I might agree it was sexualized, but it just has a corset look to the colors. Kind of a DIVA look that I think matches the wrestling onesie look of the male dinobots.

Undertale, while a neato little game and all, features gender neutrality, love being blind to the point of romance with plants, dead or undead things, animals, kids with adults, and homosexuality, all in a cute 8-bit kids game package. Basically a necrophilia, bestiality, pedophilia, homosexuality, and gender politics starter introduction for children.
I realize its a game people of any age can enjoy and one can choose not to see it the way i just described it, but that's all there nonetheless.

Yeah, my oldest daughter got into undertale, then REALLY into undertale, then started reading the fan site stuff, then some shit called "Underlust", then I found out she was roleplaying underlust with strangers using an app on her phone, then she found a couple of undertale fans who were gay to befriend at her school, and now she's questioning her sexuality and she finds skeletons sexy.

Although this is an art website, the point of the two pictures I drew was 100% to call out the bullshit of how people had online baby fits over how the figure looked. That being my reason for drawing the pictures, I explained it in the description.
Many people outright attacked everyone who likes this figure in a way by claiming it was offensive and perverted, because that basically says those who like or buy it are perverts and chauvinists who enjoy objectifying women. Myself and others have tried to very politely agree with such statements, only to be called very rude things and be labeled with terms that simply are not true.
If you don't agree with my point of view you have as much right to not view what I post or skip reading the description as I have to state why I drew it and explain what my art depicts in the description.

I see Comera more as the smartest one of the team that keeps them out of trouble, and Grimlock doing what she says if she growls and gives him a threatening look, kind of like an old married couple.
They'd probably have to do some fighting to get to that point, but if stupid little Wheelie could earn Grimlock's respect with a slingshot to the nose... Yeah.
