Transformers Crossovers Xenocon Custom Figure

That's what I wanted the title to be but not enough room.

The Weyland/Yutani company built this prototype mecha using technology developed from studying captive cybertonians and alien xenomorphs.
It has the tougher-than-titanium armor of a transformer, dual chainguns, an acid cannon inside the mouth, a fast and fierce airborne alt mode, and the ability to somewhat control alien drones unless close to a real queen.
It was built to be the ultimate automated combat unit but on its first test mission it was stolen by Megatron.
With a little help from an allspark fragment the hybrid mech became Xenocon, a terrifying Decepticon warrior.
Megatron has his doubts about Xenocon's loyalty to anyone, but the roaring screeching beast seems to generally obey thanks to Shockwave installing a behavioral control device in its partially organic brain.

Megatron also stole the plans to the prototype.
He intends to create an army of beastly flying monsters just like the first.
The Autobots and Colonial Space Marines have teamed up to face this threat. Will they be too late to foil Megatron's latest plan?

Okay so I was looking at the parts stash and started seeing things that would make for a cool Alien Queen Transformer. My main goal was to make it transform without having to remove any parts and for it to bear a good resemblance to the Alien Queen and some sort of alien looking jet. Due to limitations I was unable to give the robot a neck, much less the long neck it needed, so its not quite a queen alien TF. It does have a resemblance though with the 4 arms, head crest, tail, black shadowy color, and sharp things jutting out all over. I came up with the Xenocon story so it would make more sense.

Made from Deluxe Brawl, 2 figures from Bruticus Maximus, the Fallen, Universe Treadbolt, ROTF Soundwave, various other small parts, sculpt, and paint.

9" long in alien jet mode. 8" tall in robot mode.
