He still concerns himself with a clean and smooth finish on his sleek alt mode, but has vowed never to repair the slash across his chest; a reminder of the battle that claimed both his friends and enemies.
The war is finally over, but in the end, there was no real winner. All died eventually from their wounds, except Sideswipe and just enough of Powerglide to reconfigure into a targetmaster linked to his spark.
The Universe is free of the evil Decepticons, but each night Sideswipe longs to join his brothers in the Matrix.
