My first tutorial, yay!This one is for pixelling hair, which was requested by ~Shaman-Pixels .
It's my first, so I hope I did a good job, since I normally wouldn't make something like this. XD
The base used is by ~royaled-pixels

I actually use just regular MS Paint for my base and pixel work

im surprised most people dont use paint.net, its a wonderful program
