EDIT: 4/4/14 - 100 favorites?! Thanks guys!

...a.k.a. the drawing that almost got scrapped because Photoshop decided it hated me. x_x I sketched this while having an emoticon war with (really fun ) but I had to change half the composition and then Photoshop and tablet malfunctions happened...and it took me way too many days to get this finished. That's why some things (mainly the hands and the rain near the ground) are so bad. I just...couldn't work on this anymore.

-sigh- Anyway, third drawing of FMA so far, based on a fic idea I had the other day, also inspired by episode 5 of FMA: Brotherhood. Ed overhears Al talking about something and Ed takes it completely the wrong way and runs out of the house, upset at his own weakness and failures and the things that he's powerless to do anything about. A huge storm moves in bringing a torrential downpour and he eventually stops running and just falls to his knees on the ground, letting his frustration and tears out into the rain (and also gets himself rather lost in the process). So the others have to go out (in practically hurricane weather) to look for him and get him back to the house safely before something happens.

So, yeah, sad story is sad, but I like it. Oh, the feels for this show. And the fic does have a happy ending. Sorta. I'll try to write it sometime.

This was also an experiment of showing emotion without showing any of the facial features. I think I did all right. I also had to pose for the reference for this. Because there was absolutely NO way I was getting that pose right without a ref.
