Personality
Hinto is every bit regal monarch. Every move he makes radiates an air of superiority and grace. However, he does not hold himself above his people in such a fashion. A caring king, he wants to see his land flourish, even if it comes as a sacrifice to himself. Hinto is always leaving the castle, much to the stress of his guards, to visit the people of Central Capital, talking to the citizens, socializing, sometimes going out of Central to other cities. He loves interacting with people and most of his subjects find him an easy monarch to talk with. He is a good listener, and will do all he can for his people. At times, it is he himself who passes out bread, or volunteers an hour or two at the soup kitchen. If he sees potential in a person, beggar or street urchin, he may give them a couple silver and tell them to get a job.
It is rare to see Hinto angry. He is cool and collected on most subjects, taking whatever happens in stride, good or bad. Patience is a virtue he practices with diligence and it may be surprising some of the things he is willing to sit through. Calm in the eye of the storm, he is able to silence those who speak out of term in court and soothe the rough tempers of angry citizens. Compromise is a big thing for him, and he is willing to solve most petty squabbles with "win some, loose some" principles. Other things, like murders, arson, or kin-killing, are more serious and require strict punishment.

Interests and Motive
All Hinto wants is to rule peacefully and with as little strife as possible. A peaceful kingdom leads to happy subjects and easy living all around. He strives to keep the peace of the known world along with the guilds. So Hinto works hard, listening to villagers complain, filing out paperwork, allowing new irrigation systems to be built, ect. so his kingdom will thrive and grow.
When he's not working, Hinto loves spending time with his wife and children, playing games in the courtyard or heading down to the Higher Tier for a show. One of his main interests, however, is exploration. So little is known about Mythos, so little has been explored! What else is out there? What haven't they seen yet? That is what Hinto wants to know.

History
Hinto was born in the castle and spent most of his childhood there training and studying. His father was an elf and his mother human. When Hinto hit his early teenage years, a bit of childish curiosity overwhelmed him and he began sneaking out of the castle to explore the Capital. Loving the sites and things happening, he snuck out more and more, disguising himself so no one would recognize him. Through disguise, he made many friends and he still keeps those friendships strong today.
However, tragedy befell his father, sending him to an early grave. His mother, old and gray from the years she had lived, took the throne for a short time. When she, too, passed, Hinto assumed the role of king.

Weapons
Hinto is proficient in using both a staff and a sword. His staff is bound to him, helping him concentrate his mana for spells. If without sword, he will use the top part to bash some heads in and the bottom part to draw his sigils and circles.
Hinto also has a bastard sword fit for one of his stature. It is not just for show, however. He is very accomplished and is willing to personally put any would-be assassination attempts on him or his family to a stop. He is fast, powerful, and merciless in a fight.
