Ok this is my first manip using someone's stock! jst practicing for nowthe picture came from the wonderful ~larafairie-stock
the tribal tattoo brushes came from ~Falln-Brushes
the star brush for her eye came from this link [link]
Thanks to u all for providing the stock and the brushes!
i did the rest with a normal paintshop brush
tips would be appreciated as well as comments

This is very well done for practice. I think it's overall a beautiful manip. The only thing that I don't like is the lips, maybe it's the way they are colored but it makes them 2d compared to the rest of the picture.

this is really cool... the eye is amazing! only thing is there's something offputting about the lips... i cant pinpoint exactly wat it is tho. other than that great work!

Well you have good instincts because I could see this all slicked up and juicy. Keep going for it because you will learn more from accidents than playing it safe!

I cannot give you any tips once I have no idea on how to use paintshop yet, but I can say that the lips look too dark in comparison to the rest of the picture.
Although I prefer natural photos, this looks stunning.

the lips look a little off, try using a softer brush if you colored them.

try selecting the painted part of the lips and under select menu option try messing around with the feather option, that'd soften the edges of whatever you select. Also try changing the layer mode of the lip paint, maybe set it to overlay or something.
