Oh and two more things:
An animation to indicate when you are out of Stamina would once again be nice.
And If possible I think it would be good to quiet the music just a bit. It's hard to hear Rina's lovely voice.

Dude I really suck at this game xD
Though I love the difficulty of having to wait for your opponent to strike then punching them. The only reason I get through other fighting games is by using the same move repeatedly xD.
Also is there no way to get past Julie's attack when she sways waaay to the left then comes back and punches you? Or are you just to dodge?

Either:
Left hook just before she attacks,
or dodge to the side, and land 9 attacks

This one runs alot smoother frame-rate wise, there's next to no delay, and actions are executed and finish a great deal sooner. All that training I did in the first UD game is now useless.
I'm very eager to see this instalment of UD see an update, and eventual completion. the music, the improved intros and likeness to the Punchout game, I anticipate more of Her story.

So far, looks like a massive improvement over the first one. I love the wider range of music (or at least from what I've seen of it so far), and it looks like it performs smoother and more fluid than the original while fixing some of the inconvenient bugs the first had. I really looking forward to seeing this thing finished and in it's true glory.

I just knocked Julie down for the third time with a couterpunch in Round 1. But instead of TKOing, she got right back up, and my punched started healing her. This effect lasted for the following rounds as well.
