Not Error. Not right colors/appearance. Error's speech would likely be closer to Templates seeing as Template's an Error.
DEFINITELY not Pale. Pale is NOT this talkative. And doesn't really feel anything, so how could he know what Template feels? 
Ink seems a very likely candidate... But this voice just like... FEELS like it's trying to point Template in a very specific and not good direction??
I feel like you want us to think it's Ink before we know for sure who it is which is mostly what makes me suspicious.
Doesn't feel like something Dream would say, and I don't think Dream would be hiding himself. Nightmare is a possibility I don't think others have guessed. But... I dunno how likely those two are to show up...?? Dunno yet. We'll see.

Well, people seem to forget that this is from Template's point of view. He doesn't know who he's talking to. He can't make out where the voice comes from or who this is. I know my comics aren't 100% perfect and I'd sometimes just go back and redo things to make things more clear, but the things is: it's also raining. And rain in a forest can be really noisy, which makes it even harder for him to know what's going on.

I won't tell anything. I'm actually surprised people are confused about this, haha. It's either my fault for writing badly OR I am better at this than I thought.

Hum I wonder who speaks to Template.
- Not Error because the text is not glitched (or it's a trap from you XD)
And Error doesn't care about what people think of him XD!!
Error would be like "HAAA another me >o<" XD
- Not Ink because Ink ....I don't know...template can't meet Ink so soon in his story? XD
- And probably not Pale because Template would have recognized his voice ...
...or he has forget it since they have meet..only one time for now?
So maybe Template has forgot Pale's voice and Pale has absorbed some emotion in another AU, sees him and speaks with him because of this emotion. And it could explain the last phrase "nobody is happy with what I do either"
- Probably not Nightmare seen the comic seems centered, with the cover, on Template and Ruru...Error XD
