8-10 hours only? I've been trying to make a short comic and so far its taken me 2 and a half weeks and im still not done.

Well, I take 8-10 hours PER PAGE, which means every update has about 20 hours poured into it. Also I usually don't work non-stop at these pages so I usually take multiple days. So the total work time is usually one week for one page.

Yeah, that was my intention in these pages. Especially with Template, he will never openly admit what's going through his mind. I'm glad you appreciate this kind of insight, even though I'm aware that sitting under a tree and talking for multiple pages isn't the most exciting thing xD

Naah! i enjoy it. it gives more flavor to the comic overall instead of havin action and lovey dovey scenes every single chapter u knw? i feel it makes it more interesting. these are little things tht ppl (even me) often overlook and forget to appreciate. and we only realize this when we are at the end of the story - like 'oh we never got to see anything where they just talk abt their worries or this and that'. this happens in many. so thanks for including this!

It's easy to show characters just kinda going through the story. But they are no tools that are supposed to drive the story forward (as some people tend to do) and instead should be the ones who make the story happen. And I can only do that when characters have a personality and show them to us.
That being said, I will like the next two pages will be very, very interesting for many people.

i sadly didnt get tht im so sorry. i have hard time understandin sometimes... when u mean tools to drive the story (yes im think the story's drivin and it's vehicle broke down n it doesnt have the tools to fix it so tht's y im havin a hard time understadin so wat!) do u mean the plot? or? but what does the plot (if it's the plot) havta do with the ones who make the story happen? and them havin personalities? im makin this more confusin oml im so sorry... maybe explain with an example? i understand better with examples, sensei

Ahh, I'm so sorry for being not 100% clear on that one. I'll try to explain.
Some people have an idea for a story. But the plot is more like "this happens, then that happens and then this happens..." without considering how to get from plot point A to plot point B.
This kind of story uses the characters as tools to drive the story forward, as in "it doesn't matter whether this character has no personality whatsoever or whether this goes against anything established or is incredibly stupid, he will simply do this now because that's cool and it has to happen."
In other words: characters only act because the plot demands them to do so.
Instead, the plot should developed through the actions of the characters. As in "character A did this, so character B is taking this action which leads to C" and so on.
In other words: the story happens because characters make choices and it naturally unfolds on its own.
I hope this makes more sense now ^^

I’m getting the feeling that these two are misunderstanding each other profusely;
different goals with the same outcomes and reactions from the people it is affecting
I’d love to play with this concept of misunderstanding in my own creations cause I think it can generate hilarious and/or deep reactions and great plots, oof. In the end, it would seem like the hero and the villain did have the same CORE intention but the other is wrong because it isn’t exactly what they were thinking. I think it’s interesting.. like, say hero and villain want to eradicate evil from the world. Hero wants to imprison them or wipe their memories, villain wants to murder them/wipe them off the face of the planet.
Also, I’d like to think of this story from the point of view of the people it is affecting. I saw a video today (by MatPat about Thanos being worthy of Thor’s hammer) mentioning how while the intentions of people may be noble, it can still be wrong in a way since this person is imposing their ideals onto people that never asked to be helped (I’d thought of this before, I just never knew how to explain it)
i hope this isn’t too convoluted, it’s late where I am and I’m tired, so some things probably don’t make sense XD

It ultimately comes down to the fact that what's "good" and "evil" is completely subjective. What's bad for one might be good for the other. Not all things are easy and one-dimensional. A lot of things in this world have more things to them and can be viewed from every kind of direction, and things that have the same beginning can go into multiple directions, too.
But yes, maybe they are misunderstanding each other in the most ways here, I agree on that c:

Maybe all we need for a better world on a social point of view is for people to care a little less so that they won’t be envious of what another person has or offended at something someone said or angry that someone dumped someone and won’t end up murdering each other over it. We just have to focus on living, and helping others live because it ultimately leads to the improvement of your own living.
I wonder what sort of shock we’re building up to here though...

Too bad I can not understand English and translate on google translation is long xD But at first I thought it was ink but the shadow shows that the person wears a jacket. and I understand that he has a lot of things in common? so Error? hmmm hard to say because the person has too nice with Template ... it's mix ... who are you! xDD I'm doing '' oh ink '' after I'm waiting to say error there ...
