Description Here is a pixel version of the USG Ishimura from the video game Dead Space. I think it excavates land by pulling it into space. Pretty sure that would drop it out of orbit, but the game is about space zombies really. Mining is for losers.

Did not realize saving a JPG as PNG made it 444kb.

Not after Dead Space 2 and 3. Really miss the original.

that sucks.  I've been trying to find good references of the ishimura from the direct side (preferably with the front facing the right of the screen) so I could use it as a base for a starbound ship.

Actually, the way it mines is perfectly feasible for it to stay in orbit, the tethers it uses are connected to the ground, it rips a chunk thats been cored out with gravity tethers, then they get to work on dismantling that cork, after that, they just... Blow up the planet more or less, and go around eating all the chunks up. The Ishimura almost got ripped out of orbit because of the tethers being sabotaged.
