After the events of the (Red Alert 3 and Uprising) Third World War, Allied Forces where victorious against the Soviets and the Empire. But terrorism attacks, lost contact with agents in Russia and Japan. Military compounds have been wiped out, Future tech buildings have been ransacked and destroyed. If that's not bad enough Russia now have access to a new powerful weapon which can destroy a city in one blast. So, the Allied Forces Have to develop new weapons with the help of Albert Einstein in the field. It's one of the most experimental tanks in the allies arsenal with a miniature Chronosphere device to chronoshift (teleport) anyway on the battlefield. Armed with the Neutron Cannon an experimental and powerful weapon which can erase any unit targeted by it from time and space.
