Because all the enemies are geth, she's is needed on every tech savy related crate on all missions, SHE is the main reason we were able to get this ship off the station and track Daren down and discover the REAPERSin the firstplace!
She's pleasant and of all the races who have been spat on, belittled and given a harder time to find a home in the galaxy she still remains kind, generous, selfless and never lets the worst of the galaxy turn her into someone pig headed and arrogent! WHATS YOUR EXCUSE ASH!?

Well, when just about every single enemy in the first game is a Geth, why wouldn't I be taking her on every darn mission? Well, besides the innumerable out of gameplay reasons (character, personality, story, etc.) that is...because Tali is best girl is a "duh".
