While I was waiting at a friends house I noticed a pronominal movie cup for The Hobbit. The picture on the cup was of Gandalf walking down a dirt road. I decided that it would be a wonderful reference for a quick sketch. But before long my quick sketch became a detailed projected which consisted of an assortment of grey markers.
