My second entry for the square enix contest.

The character's name is Toto, due to being the second daughter of a hardcore Wizard of Oz fan. She loves to dance and combined with her dreamy character is often found dancing for no reason but known to her, on the streets.
Often seen together with Trigger in the archades, where she hogs the dancing games.

Reasons for design
As with my previous entry, I sticked to more muted colours. Originally, I wanted to use light colours, greyish baby blue combined with a lot of black and white. It failed completely. I couldn't see it with the other characters of the game. I went with army green after trying a lot of colours, mostly because I know from own personal dressing experience that army green goes well with blond. xD
Though the one colour wasn't enough, due to this stupid internal rule I have that there has to be at least 4 different colours in a characters outfit. All I had at that point was black, white and green. I went for pink. (finally!!) It brings a bit more colour to the picture and goes well with the green.
