Description
She's an unnamed OC atm.. (I'm out of ideas for names -_-")Her power is that of electricity, Unlike Fred who has complete control over his element, her powers are only limited to sending electric currents towards objects. The result, she can control any electrical object she has sent her electric currents to.
From deleting whole databases, turning machines on and off, to manipulating objects to do what she desires, such as the living computers in the image.
All done in Paint Tool SAI, took me around 20+ hours (due to my busy schedule + MUGEN character creation)

Really awesome job you've done on that background. I must admit that that was the first thing that caught my attention. All the details like the wires and the broken televisions are really well done. I also quite like the color scheme, as I am a sucker for beautiful color combination. I love the rich blues and grays and how the small areas of red in her eyes and on the sleeves really pop and grab the attention of the viewer. Gorgeous work on that sky, too. It's beautiful. Great job overall, and keep up the wonderful work!
