(12/12/09 update: Gezora was one of my better early works. If I redrew him like the other two.....it would have just lost something. So, contrast and texture was improved, little else. This update was actually done in like, October, but I forgot to add it! D'oh! )

BIO

"Okay, picture this. The place is a small island called Selgio. The year is 1970. There are talks emerging in Japan about this island and it's abundance of rare exotic species, so a group of scientists, led by one Dr. Miya, prepared an expedition there. The voyage was okay, nothing eventful happened. But, when they arrived at the island, large tentacles attempted to drag the men out into the depths. One of the men, who was a colleague of a member of the decade earlier Faroe expedition, had heard the story about his cephalopod encounter. So, thinking they were the same creature, he struck a flare and stuck into one of the suction cups. This paine the creature, and they were released. Now, there was a nearby village, you see. But, the people behaved very strangely. It was business as usual in appearance, but their behavior was too clockwork and mechanical. This, of course, was too strange for them to stick around and see. But, as they were preparing to leave, something came out of the nearby bay. It was a colossal squid, much bigger than the Oodako at Faroe, but that's not the weirdest part. The weirdest part, is when it suddenly started to walk on th land. Apparently, it was searching for the one who hurt his tentacle earlier. They tried to hide, but they knew it would spot them eventually."

Eric was already gripped.

"Suddenly a group of people ran out into the clearing, yelling and throwing things and making a general commotion. Gezora, the squids name that we found out later, was peeved at this and stared very hard at the group. Some of them suddenly went limp, but the others turned and ran. One of them managed to guide the scientists into the jungle, and to safety. Once there, the people, who could speak Japanese, strangely, told them of the creature and it's origins. Supposedly, it was mutated by an alien creature, and left to wreak havoc. Then, the scientist who harmed the squid brought up the weakness to fire it seemingly had. With that, they concocted a daring plan. They drained their boat of it's fuel, and spread it over a large vacant field. The squid, unsuspecting, ventured onto land in search of the people. One toss of a match, and BAM!!"

Eric chuckled.

"Well, the village didn't go hungry for quite some time. But, that is not the only thing that happened on Selgio island. Oh no, things were about to get twice as bad."

ABILITIES

-Very intelligent

-Can walk on two of its tentacles due to a strange matter similiar to bones and coral

-Has icy ink as a weapon

-Can control the weak minded
