"When Mothra battled Razin over the Pacific, if you recall, Death Ghidorah was there as well. He had created a small island, large enough for him to rest on, and not much else. But, that changed. The mana exuded by the Benevolent Mothra and the demonic Razin gave the island life, and the violent windss created from their duel extended for miles in all directions, bringing with it seeds, insects, and all sorts of things. That battle took place in 1978. By 1981, the island was considerably more noticeable. The surplus amount of mana had grown the island in just a few years to an unimaginable size, teeming with life. G-Force was founded about when Horror attacked, and the island caught the eyes of the founding members. Razins ability to wield weather as a weapon had sent the island into a chatic limbo, meteorogically speaking, of course, and the climate on the island was just plain prehistoric. It was tropical, there was more oxygen on the island then almost anywhere in the world, and Mothra's mana had given the introduced fauna... a boost. The island was inhabited, mostly, by arthropods. Big Arthropods."

Lora then took over.

"The G-force scientists set up a weather lab on the island, but they were unable to do much field research with the danger of human sized praying mantises constantly hanging around. But, there was another mystery on this old young island, called 'Solgell' by the humans. In the center of the island, strange cries could be heard, and a dark form was occasionally seen rising from the jungle, flying away into the ocean. But, this mystery was short lived, as an uninvited guest was making a bee-line for the island. Godzilla."

It was Tatsuo's turn to speak again.

"Godzilla, unknowingly, had contributed to the islands growth as well. When he battled Horror one year earlier, his radiation mixed with some of Horror's water vapor. The result was a massive storm front, a typhoon bearing radioactive contents. It was simply floating in the atmosphere, until it came in contact with the warm Solgell seas. The storm furthered the already strange growth of the islands life. 6 foot tall mantids, had become 30 meter tall mantids. The G-Force scientists, seeing this, fled for their lives. But, the sea was no refuge either, with Godzilla's arrival. There was a strange purpose in his movements, as though he was called there by something. But, the mantids were waiting for him to get close. They attempted to attack Godzilla, only to have been destroyed in moments by his breath. Soon, the only one left in the area was a large female, smarter and bigger than the rest. She could have stood more of a chance against Godzilla, but decided to find cover instead, and it's a good thing she did."

"Why is that?" Eric asked.

"Kamacuras, as the female was later named, is my favorite monster. I caught mantids in jars a lot when I was a kid, and I've always loved the cool grace they display. Not only that, she is a fusion of mana and radiation, giving her life, intelligence, and massive size. We can't even say how intelligent she really even is. I just have always loved watching the creature."

Eric was a bit surprised to hear so much from Tatsuo about himself.

Lora then proceeded to continue the story.
