Yeah, it is real. This drawing I made using painting "Sid in the winter" by Sava Sumanovic. I am not special fun of his work but I really like this winter collection. And you can see my colored version

I'd never heard of Sava Sumanovic before so I did a search. I did find some of his paintings on line but not the one you mentioned.
