this is as excellent as the other body study you did. i have seen drawings where he lighting kills the artists work. poor shadowing can ruin a great work. but you have it perfect. great job.

I love this. I am not afraid to draw hands and feet, but they always stand as less detailed then the rest of my drawings when I work with people and I wish I had a command of that much detail! They're gorgeous!

how do you fair drawing from imagination?
Like say, the human body and the myriad of gestures.
I guess my point is, could you animate figures in motion, fed by your imagination and knowledge of the human body well. This is by no means a put-down.
So my real question is: how do you warm up for a drawing session?

Nce anatomy studies, I spend so much time studying anatomy just t keep my life drawing skills up. Its a great way to sharpen your observational skills and to understand the surface anatomy you see when life drawing!
