Description

Ran is a citizen of the Tsan Chan Empire in the year 6525. He's mostly an excitable nerd who spends most of his time in the Hall of the Past, studying The Historian's collection and pouring over ancient media. He wants to write a book but he keeps starting and getting distracted by a new discovery and restarting. He works part time in the Deeps aquaculture pods for some extra monthly resource tickets.

He worships the Black Goat and the tattoo is religious imagery, depicting renewal and rebirth, life descending from death. His pendent was the first gift given to him by Espiritu. It's a soapstone grasshopper. The Goat's kiss on his inner thigh is a side effect of the time he broke his leg jumping off a swing at age 12. He likes to think it's a symbol of approval from the Empress and the Consort for a little fun risk taking.

Ran has seen his Yellow Paradox self, something considered an unlucky omen in the Tsan Chan. So far nothing bad has happened though...
