OKAY Soooooooooooooooo, it'd been in the back of my mind for a while now that while Rice "is" notably the last of his kind, what were some of the other traits and characteristics of Transcenders, aside from the fact that they are drwarf like beings with four ears, raptor feet and a short to mid-lengthed tail? It'd been a long while since I really gave much thought to creating an original species for the sake of a project, however... being I'd been putting much heart into it since I started and have had plans to expand more on the universe, I wanted to take the time to emphasis more on the Lore behind the rest of his species while also, give a few more illustrations and examples on what some of the other transcenders are like, since, aside from the fact that they all have similar facial styles, four ears, and leg styles in common, there are a actually a wide number of traits that are unique to them all, such as fur lenghts, ear lenths, sizes, and shapes, along with tails, fur colors and paturns, etc. I also especially wanted to give a reference as to the differences between male and female Transcenders as well since it haaaaas happened a couple of times where people have mistaken my boy "Rice" to be a girl lol. That being said, HERE we have our second Trancender design and first "female" transcender character as well! While its still uncertain how much of a role she will be playing in Rice's story at this time aside from what I've currently written, Lord willing I may look to giving her a bigger role in the future (as well as maybe having her appear in my gmod comics as well... NOT OFFICIAL BUT I'M THINKING ON IT!!) Anyways! Hope ya'll enjoy!!

Name: Sherene
Nickname(s): Sher [pronounced "share"] Sheryl
Age: Unknown (Biologically 20's for her species)
Gender: Female

Species: Transcender/Transcen [Based on the term "Transcend" Meaning; Surpass, be or go beyond the range or limits of]
Element: Light
Soul Insignia: Serene (Her soul reflects that of one who represents a being of one who is calm, peaceful, and untroubled; tranquil.)

Lore: A mysterious girl Rice has only ever seen every once and a while in his dreams. nearly every time he encounters her, it always takes place back in his home world long before its destruction, and almost never taking place anywhere near, or within the grand colonies where he grew up, instead he always finds himself out in the open in the middle of no where with rarely any other transcenders around aside from himself and this girl. At times Rice questions whether or not these 'dreams' of his are actually just dreams, or could they in fact be fragments of the old memories that he once lost prior to the age of 12 when he woke up in the home of his adopted parents... however, in nearly all of his encounters with her, he see's himself in his current age and still infected with the aetherian curse he received from the aetherian games, therefore its unlikely that they could be memories... however perhaps they could be related. From the first time Rice encountered her in his dreams he couldn't help but feel highly attracted to her to the point that he could hardly make eye contact, let alone look at her without feeling nervous or blushing, often making Sher laugh at how "adorable" he acts when he's nervous. Never the less, the two get along very well, and almost every time they are together, Sher is often sharing with him some form of advice or insight on matters concerning life, the gospel, truth, hope, and also viewing matters from different perspectives than the norm- notably from a "biblically inspired perspective." While by nature, Sherene is very calm, cheerful, and even supportive, she does suffer a bit with low self-esteem concerning her looks, and especially the fact that she is rather clumsy to the point of frequently tripping over her own ears or tail every now and then... she especially struggles when it comes to bullying and others making fun of her as Rice had also come to see from time to time in his dreams, often just quietly taking others abusive slurs towards her without defending herself... yet... in the event of seeing others or people she cares for being picked on, especially larger people picking on the small, she is more than quick and adamant to stand in they're defense. Over all, she's as sweet as an angel, and as soft as well... she is both physically and emotionally... perhaps too soft for her own good sometimes... and pretty clumsy too Never the less, she has an undying will of kindness hospitality, and above all else, a heart for the Lord as she spends most of her free time either in prayer or carrying and reading scripture where ever she goes, and absolutely loves associating slice of life topics to scripture in admiration of God's creation and the order he established. Aside from this the only other things Rice had come to know about her in terms of her likes and interests are; plants, gardening, nature, dancing, carnivals/festive events, puzzles, various types of games, especially strategy , swimming, Volley ball, and of course, food. All facts about her aside, (as well's Rice's feelings toward her) probably one of the other most distictive traits he noticed about her is her wielding, and usage of an "Arcanium stone", a rare ore once used by the Trascen guardians of the old dynasties when all Transcenders wield the power of divine light only and held honor and reverence toward the Lord with the highest regard. With these stones, Transcenders where able to channel they're light into them, allowing them to manipulate other elements at will depending on the stone type, which was both the primary, and safest way to utilize the manipulation of elements without being controlled by them. It is currently unknown to Rice what element Sherenes stone manipulates as aside from her wearing it as a pendant over her chest, he's never seen her use it, nor tells him what it is, aside from asking him to "take a guess" while being indirect as to whether or not he's close or far off. To this day, it's still unclear to Rice whats the meaning behind all these dreams, other than the notable lessons most of them come with... however whether or not this girl is actually real, or not remains a mystery.
