Description

I swear those spikes were not intended to look like sideburns (at first). I meant to give him a a spiky neck mane, but when I colored it black I then realized what it happened to look like, and I just sort of went with it. I don't care if anyone thinks negatively about it.
This is supposed to be a Pikachu/Zapdos fusion. I guess you could say it has Jolteon in it as well with his white neck spikes, except it's part of Pikachu's tail.
