Description
I just want to be clear on one thing: these are two pictures I blended. They were originally drawn by the author/illustrator of the manga (Vampire Game), Judal. I give most of the credit her. I just don't want anyone to think I actually draw that good. One more thing, the words in the lower right-hand corner are my neopets username, because this was originally intended for that site.The girl is named Ishtar, and her cat-thing is actually the reincarnation of the guy on the right, Duzell, the Vampire King. It's a long story.

I put a layer with a pattern over the picture and made it see through by lowering the opacity

I just got started with Gimp Ive only used it one one pic so far but Im getting there!

For this I used photoshop elements (if there's a specific number for it, I don't know what it is). But I made this a while ago.
