I finished this game in 1991... It is great, but very very difficult. Awesome art!

When I was painting this one, I replayed it again, and hell yeah, it's a tough game. I could not beat it xD. Maybe when I was a kid had more patience than now. But hmm, I continue thinking that it's a great game. Thanks for your kind words

Yeah its true, and when I was painting this one, I was thinking about it, to include the TOZ system too. But the client wanted a literally remake of the japan cover. For this reason I keep off the idea of include it.
About alisia Dragon I have one sketch on one of my folders of Β things that maybe some day see the light xD... but hmm I think that this day will be really far, because I have a really long list of retro gamer unfinished pieces.

Yeah I love that kind of covers, and always that I have to paint a retro gamer illustration, I have in my mind the old ones of atari.

I am not much familiar with that kind of games but at first look I have mistaken this with "Darius 2". One of the pilots looks like this lady probably thats why I have mistaken. Here is the youtube link for Dairus II intro: [link]
