An OC is an original character whilst a Ponysona "should" be yourself as a pony. As it is a play on Persona. But meh, whatever people wanna use it for.

Download the image by either "Right clicking" on it and "Saving as..." or clicking the download link to the right and doing the same. That will probably give you a larger image. After that just open it in a program like paint, sai, gimp or Photoshop and write+draw over it. ^^
