Description
(UPDATE 09/06/2014 - Looking back on this, I was a very silly immature kid back then so I think I might soon remake this tutorial with a little more maturity. I also add more content to it in general and elaborate better.)Well I dunno it's probably not the best tut out there but it was really fun to make and I hope eet helps you all!
Took me a few days to finish but mainly through procrastination. Kuhuhu.
I'll be doing a part two and three etc. soon so stay tuned!
Requests will be accepted (For ideas and other things you wanna learn).
Bai bai! Have fun!

Funny enough, I started drawing this style before I knew what style this anime already had. Granted its been out longer than when I started drawing it, but thisβll help me refine that. Thanks.

Thanks for this bud! Really appreciate the notes!
Been trying to do this style for a lil project I have on the side. Yeesh...
I normally draw in a wind waker style, where the limbs are small and the body/head is big. PAS is the complete opposite! XD
anywho, thanks you! Β Β

can I also ask if we can learn how to draw in the "Bravely Default" style, I love the game and wanna start making fanart, hope you take this into consideration, and again, have a great day X3

Bravely default actually has a stylized realism style, I'm sure if you studied the figure for a while you could figure it out easily enough for yourself.

If you read the description of some of my artwork, I ended up watching Mark Crilley stuff (that guy is sooo cool) and then pretty much following every step, I can't exactly do the "Study & Draw" more of the "Watch the walkthrough 100 times then draw while watching it again"

this is going to be useful, thanks for making this, I have hardly watched it (the show) cos I'm not exactly allowed, I saw a clip on youtube once and loved the drawing style, so this'll be great for simple sketches.
Have a good day X3

Yeeeeeah. Watched a clip, is scarred (not really).
Your walkthrough was the 1st thing that came up when i searched a how-to on the style, you must be quite popular

Is this style copyrighted? Is it alright to use it - or interpret it - in a commercial project, such as your own anime, comic or even an RPG (game)?
π: 0 β©: 1
VaneFox In reply to TheTwistedScribbler [2014-08-31 12:57:23 +0000 UTC]
Nope it's completely free to use. You legally can't copyright an art style, only the characters and other story related pieces. So you can even market your original stories and games in this style without breaching any for of copyright.
