(UPDATE 09/06/2014 - Looking back on this, I was a very silly immature kid back then so I think I might soon remake this tutorial with a little more maturity. I also add more content to it in general and elaborate better.)Well I dunno it's probably not the best tut out there but it was really fun to make and I hope eet helps you all!
Took me a few days to finish but mainly through procrastination. Kuhuhu.
I'll be doing a part two and three etc. soon so stay tuned!

The best way to do that is to study real hats. Haha. ^^ There's no PSG style for hats. You can draw them any way possible.
