So...let's get to the obvious bit right away:
For the first 65 pages of this comic, I've been going with mostly gray tones and a very limited color palette with occasional highlights and colored details (like characters' eyes, atmospheric details, etc). The primary reason for this simple color scheme was to make less work for myself in ensuring consistent updates; gray tones are simpler, faster, and the little colored highlights added some accented detail that was pretty cool.
But as some of the previous pages wedged in more color detail little by little, it was getting frustrating for me to keep ladling on various shades of gray to characters and scenes that I knew were more colorful than I was making them, and I realized that whatever time I was saving by skipping a few extra steps was negligible at best.
So there's nothing about this particular page that magically activated the Wonderful World of Color...I just decided it was time to get back in the groove.
But what do YOU, the viewers at home, think?
Oh, and WELCOME, all you new viewers and watchers and patrons, to what I believe is the first active post since the Imgur/dA front page wave of hits! You surprised the daylights out of me and startled me with a barrage of messages, but welcome!

Yeah you guys are lucky.... when i found this page a few years back i was still waiting for the completion of the original and banging my head on the keyboard because i wanted to know what happens next. Reread everything that was available at the time like once a week for a month

Honestly? Well... frankly I love the characters so much i'd settle for line drawings as long as the story continued with as few interruptions as possible, but yeah the colors are wonderful.

And now we have color. Reminds me of that old movie, Pleasantville. Gogo is changing the world profoundly, giving it color to all those around her.

Pablo is, of course, a partner in crime for Gogo. Calling him a pet too many times probably is not good for one's health. Also, love the "for NOW", shows that, Andy is on probationary friendship with them. More like acquaintances.
Great work, good to see more of Pablo's personality. Although, "cute furball that yells 'hams' a lot" isn't a bad quirk..

I felt that the gray was cause of the fact that for the viewers, this story at the moment is in the past. I'm very surprised to have been hooked by this comic and I'm sad that for now we aren't seeing Andy and Gogo in the present but this will have to do cause damn you made something with substance my friend.

It's kinda cool that with the 'Official' introduction of Gogo brings the color into the comic, in my brain that's how it is anyway

You work well with color, which is not true of everyone who tries that in webcomic form. I say keep the color.

The first thing I thought when I saw this update was, "Gasp! Color? Finally!"
I like the color better than the grayscale. But maybe you should make a poll to get a more accurate read on how people feel about it, rather than relying on comments.
Also. I'm enjoying this. I loved the old comics, but from a writer's perspective, I understand the need to change things, especially since the story didn't have a definite beginning. I had mixed feelings at first, but I'm going to enjoy the ride.

HAMS.! black an white, gray scale, bits o color, an color.. is all nice but it is the art / story that brings me back.!!! so if you wanted to only do color on third thursday during a full moon,, that wood be nice , but not necessary..!!!

Speaking from a purely aesthetic perspective, I preferred the previous grey scaling, interspersed with color accents arrangement. In my humble opinion, it merited a retroactive 'noir' aesthetic to it, which I had thought was to be the tone of the comic. I do, however, welcome the transition to full color and the vibrancy it brings. If it is to be in color, then, so be it.
I realize, I have mentioned this in prior commentaries, but I do believe, that your art style has improved over the last few months. Your line art appears more refined and character proportioning and facial dynamics seemed to have improved, as well. At least from my perspective, that is.
Perhaps this issue could also serve as a 'cautionary tale', that; whatever you do, DO NOT! PISS OFF, PABLO!

I always prefer full color, but it's your comic, and your work being put into it, so I say the final decision is entirely what -you- want.

The gray scheme with color in certain spots (that's the best I can explain it xD) set a certain mood that, to me, made the story more entertaining. But the inclusion of color makes it feel really nice, too xD. That's the best way I can somehow explain it.

For the coloring: I think it works pretty well that you started more "dull" and introduced more color. Maybe color can indicate the mood of the story as it changes.

It would have been funny if the first panel was gray, and then that epic cap to the face was the trigger that really sold home to Andy that he and Gogo now know each other from this point onward. Hence the color. Just a thought.

I would mention how the colours well used to represents Andy current place in life but other commenter already did that. Sucks being late to the party.
You don't need to worry about coloured pages from me I support you on patreon not because of the colour or even if your on time. I support you because I like your art and characters from this story so work at what ever comfortable pace and don't worry if we feel like your quality is diminishing we will tell you peacefully, with angry Gogo letters.

I loved the mood set by the black and white with intense splashes of color, but I also enjoy this use of color. But to be honest, it does not matter to me, all I care about is being able to continue and enjoy the story and world you have crafted. You are doing a great job, and I cannot wait to see more
