Since a winter chill has just arrived in my neck of the woods, I would especially also not like to get sprayed with water, but anyway...
The REAL news of the day is that there is FINALLY a website set up for Bomango!

There are a few things that'll be added in the future, and I'm sure the site will evolve as we go on, but mainly, you now have a place where you can actually READ the comic without dancing through links and hopping around all over the place.
We are, in fact, now an actual "Webcomic".
And...back to work!

Actually, what's the rules here? I mean, if she was Andy's sister, he'd be legally obligated to give Hector hell for flirting with her, but since they're just cousins, does Hector get a free pass on that, or?

Nope. Cousins have no bearings on whom cousins date unless they've grown up together so closely that they become surrogate siblings.
Don't think that's the case for Andy since he moved.
Also, not sure if he's flirting... it could be or totally not and Hector's just cute. ^^

Be glad! I do know what he's talking about and you should be! Even by schlocky, early-eighties TV standards, it was pretty bad.
"Manimal" aside, I'm digging this more-confident Hector. However, I'm not about to assume this is some kind of "ship-tease", rather it's probably safer to see it as a reflection of how long he's had a close relationship with the Fisher Clan.
