Without delving too deeply into the mythos of EC's history, a basic character description:

Corvus was once a powerful demigod associated closely with night, mystery, and nocturnal fauna. Like many gods, it appeared in human form, but subscribed to neither gender or the restrictions of human society. As such, the Raven Cult made Corvus their patron deity of rebellion and secrecy. As time went on, Corvus' free and mysterious spirit became warped as more and more mortals came to identify Corvus with murder and the dark arts. This loss of self was compounded when ritual sacrifice was introduced as a means of invoking Corvus' spirit and partaking of its power. So it was that when the Grey Fleet took up arms against the entire pantheon of gods, Corvus was the first to betray its own kind and let the mortals of the Grey Fleet consume its immortal flesh, giving the mortals power to make war on the other gods. Corvus' madness and ultimate betrayal have since brought an eternal curse upon the once-beautiful demigod, who now exists only to complete its betrayal and undo its own existence.

Here we see Corvus in its present state: Its right eye taken as an arcane trophy, and its abdomen tied with cords and straps keeping its ravaged flesh bound together. In its third hand it holds its giant blade, the Magnum Deicide (as its name implies, it is used primarily for slaying gods, which is why the third arm is bound to the back, acting as a sort of sheath) In its right hand it holds its primary weapon, a daikatana, and its left hand has warped to resemble the talons of a bird of prey.
