THIS WEEK ON EGO GENEROSITY: GOGO HULKS OUT, IT TURNS OUT DIDI WAS EAVESDROPPING, PABLO IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND, AND WE HAVE AN EXCUSE TO REDIRECT US SOME DAMN LIGHTNING! (and also concussive force but whatevs, homey)
Apologies to those who figured Andy got pulverized in part 7. He might have had it coming, but Didders pulled a Gandalf and did a little Balrog-blockin'. And after all, who needs to die over this petty squabble when a few pulverized bones will wrap it up? A lesson is learned by all, no one is dead, and we all live happily ever after.
However, there is the issue with missing walls and doors now. Huh.

Didi is best moderator/mediator..and not surprised Didi can redirect Gogo's energy like that.. but if they had a security deposit it's long gone along with the cleaning deposit.. and it's going to be a fun conversation with the insurance company.
the easily blocking a punch and then later revealing in a quiet way "OH HOLY FUCKSHIT THAT HURT" reminds me of a scene in the graphic novel Preacher.

I was thinking of exactly that after I drew it, when Jesse Custer nonchalantly blocks Cassidy's punch and then mentions "Yeah I think my arm's broke"

Well, that got pretty Last Airbender pretty fast.
I thought Didi would have an easier time of holding up Gogo, at least for one or two punches. Gogo may be physically focused, but they're the same species.

I think Didi's biggest strength against Gogo would be evasion and precision, but here she eats a punch

Still, sore arm I'd get. Shattered...I guess the pursuit of higher knowledge really takes a toll on one's defense and HP. Is Didi physically even any stronger than a regular human?

Actually she is looking at a weaker version of herself (Van i thought u knew this?) Even if he was acting as a arrogant bastard, he was still in the state of fear, causing her to have a "nostalgic" moment.
